Pull Ups at Home Pre rehearsal

Warm up: 15 min of jumping around in my underwear.

Wide Grip Pull Ups
Body weight plus 40lb vest
5x5

Chin Ups
Body Weight
5x8

Underwear Pull ups.

These were a bit kippy, but the majority of the reps were clean.

Up Right Rows
25lbs Each Hand
5x12

Curls
25lb Each Hand
5x11

Dem Biceps.

One armed row
2 25lbs stacked = 50lbs
3x10

Result: Pumpitis

Is that a Lat I see?
