Strength Home Workout/Pull day

Today is a day where I'm needed in Tulsa all day for rehearsal, but my gym
doesn't open before I have to leave. Inconvenience breeds ingenuity.

Home Strength Pull Day

Warm Up:
15 min of circuit training. See early morning home circuit training post for an idea of my routine.

Wide Grip Pull ups
Body weight + 40lb weight vest
5x5


Wide Grip Bicep
Body weight + 40lb vest
5x5

These were not clean. 3 easy reps, then two kippy if not paused rep. 

Chin ups
Body weight
5x10

These were the very definition of sloppy. Paused reps, half reps, kips and everything in between. I'm going to lower the reps if I do something like this again.



Seated Bicep Curls
25lb each arm.
5x10

I was expecting this to be a bad workout. I was wrong, way wrong. My pump was unreal. 


I'm hoping to play basketball tonight, so I'll get some cardio in then. For now I got to shower and not look like crap for Tulsa.
