Valentines Day Deadlifts/ Wendler Week 3

Warm up: 15 min on the elliptical.

Conventional Deadlifts

3 reps on the last set.
I didn't apply DC for 2 reasons. I got complaints (again) and Ol' Yeargain has a sore back from heavy lifting and driving hours of driving.

Where's my shield?

Deficit Deadlifts

Lol. Tried to make these "quiet." However, I definitely wrecked my back. Pulling this heavy weight and driving hours in a car every week have definitely taken its toll. My back is tight and sore. Next week is my de-load week according to Wendler, and I plan on taking advantage of it. I felt good about my big lifts today considering I wasn't even close to 100%. I shall rest, then I will destroy my next lifts.

Stiff legged Deadlift

Calf Raises
3 plates plus 5lbs

Leg raises

I'm just going to keep fucking around with these machines until I come up with something much more efficient and effective to fill my time or until I have to put every 45lb plate in the gym on my stack.

20 Mins of elliptical. Stair master was taken, so I put in a little extra time on the "butt toner."
