Woke up this morning fairly easily considering I had work at 9 and needed to be up by 6:30 to get my workout in. I'm curious to see how today's lifts go. I have high hopes.

Bryan Wilcox insisted on coming in during my second set of DC and implored my help on figuring out a song in hot tub time machine. I did the best I could but was unsuccessful.
Incline Dumbbell Bench

I took the Last set till partial failure. I got 8 clean reps. I'm going to stick with this lift for a bit, its less taxing, but I can grow with it at least. I'm not sure if I'm going to increase reps or weight next week...I want to increase weight...so I'll probably do that.

I don't mean to brag, but I'm kind of a big deal when it comes to dips.
These were hard today. The last two sets were ugly, but I completed them without setting the weight down. Strength gaaaainnnz.
