These felt fuckin fantastic. Best squat session to date. Chalk it up to extra carbs, more sleep or whatever, but these felt incredible. I'm thinking doing squats at least twice a week might be the key to finally perfecting this lift. I've been toying with this idea for a while...and frankly its starting to sound more appealing every day...more research must be done.

Straight Leg Deadlift
I dominated these. To save my back, I may back off of conventional deadlifts for a bit, at least until my constant driving has ended and I can be in a gym that supports my deadlift desires.
My ass! This is a fantastic exercise, it really builds up the glutes.

I listened to more of The Rake's Progress for this workout. That music has a kick to it, you know? Makes me want to listen to The Rite of Spring...but just the fist bumping part and the end.
