Wendler Week 2 Dead Lifts/The return of ol' Yeargain

I woke up this morning retaining all the water. Literally weighed 7lbs heavier than yesterday morning. Decided I was feeling well enough to train. So, train I did. 

Warm Up:
15 min of elliptical
Today I was texting and messaging whilst warming up. Gettin info from people for their workout programs. Potential business venture in the making.

Conventional Deadlifts


I got 6 clean reps out of the last set. I then applied DC and got 3 and then 1. I was pleased considering my state the day before. Everything else I took fairly light today. 

Deficit Deadlifts - Standing on 1" plate

This^^^ is a classic "fuck around" exercise. Any machine where you're able to do the full stack for multiple reps might as well be put to rest. Oh well. They're fun.

Today I didn't listen to anything, I had a lot on my mind and just thought it through. I've been real cereberal lately, and frankly its been necessary.

After work I was unexpectedly called upon to do manual labor for my church. It was way tougher than I expected, but the extra burned calories will sit well with me tomorrow.
