Full Body Day 2/Home Workout

When life hands you lemons...you know, what? Fuck Lemons. Life gave Oklahoma Shit tons of ice/snow and gave Ol' Yeargain a late start to his work day. 10am. Which also means my gym doesn't open until 10am.So, I started off the day with 30 mins of fasted home cardio. The rest of my workout I was going to complete at work whilst working.


203.7 this morning. Kind of a big swing, but whatever. I had fun yesterday. Ate some good food, had a couple of drinks. I actually lived a little. Good memories made. Now time to get to work...

or so I thought...

A pipe had burst in the main lobby of the YMCA, so no work for Ol' Yeargain.

Pull Ups
Body Weight + 25lbs

Incline Weighted Push Ups

These were actually pretty difficult. I came into this exercise with such ego, but I was struggling for those last reps. It was a decent replacement for incline press.

Just when I thought I had the day to myself, I get a call from work to come in and help clean up. I snapped these quick shots before I had to run off to work.
