Wendler cycle 3 week 1/Squats

Holy shit, what a night...opened Elmer Gantry, had a stellar reception and after party. I danced like a fool all night and didn't get home till 5am. My body still woke me up at 10am, though. However, I may have over done it on the dancing. I woke up this morning at a low of 201.2. I'm lookin skinny.

Despite all of my ridiculousness, I'm still getting my workout in today. It's leg day and they are calling my name. I'll be curious to see how all of that dancing will affect my mobility and flexibility.

Back Squats

7 on final set
DC 5-3-3

Tough set, but pretty good. Depth at parallel, sometimes past. Sometimes really deep and bouncing out of the hole.

Front squats
160
5x8

I'm glad I started off with just the 8 reps. They were plenty exhausting, lots of room for growth.

Stiff legged deadlift
155
5x10

Domination! I pulled these really fast too. Hoping to build up speed with larger weight.

Glute thrust:
160
5x10

This exercise looks ridiculous. It does. People stare, but it gets me great results. It's improving my squat, my deadlift, and It's making my ass look good. I'm gonna write a post about this conundrum...

Calf raise
8 plates + 80lbs
5x30

Superset

Ab crunches
160
5x15

Extra Shit:

Decline Bench Press
1 set of 185lbs for 9 reps

Pull ups
12 pause Reps.

The Result: Pumpadile Rock (These are getting terrible.)

A face only a mother could with a body that most could be mirin.

I didn't rush this workout, but I definitely tried to keep up a good pace. Mostly because of hunger. I train fasted, and it was 11:30 by the time I got to the gym. I was ready to go eat. So, I said "fuck cardio !" today. I got enough last night with my tom foolery. Time to eat.

Stir Fry with a liter of Hulk Piss.
