Wendler week 1 cycle 4/Squat

Weighed in at 202.5 this morning. That sleep treated me and my physique well. I feel great and well rested...but also hungry...


Warm up: 15 min of arc trainer

Back squat

I got 8 reps
DC 5-5-5



These felt great, my leg and squat strength has improved so much. I was able to up the reps on the final set and the DC. Progress.

Front squat

These were excellent today! What a difference sleep and relaxing makes. I was even able to make strides in my form.

Stiff legged deadlift

Great workout. Long as hell. I got caught up answering emails and FB messages during the workout which is no bueno. It's all stuff that could wait, but I get caught up in the moment. Oh, well, time to feast.
