Wendler Week 2 Cycle 4/Squats

Woke up at 202.5.



Slept like crap last night. Too much screen time after a long day and a wonderful recital last night. Time to do some work before I go to work!

15 min of elliptical.

Back Squats

My form and strength is growing leaps and bounds.

15 min of stairmaster.

Leg workouts are becoming incredible. I'm actually swing development and separation in my quads. I'll have some photos to prove this soon, give me a few weeks.
