Wendler cycle 7 Week 1/Bench

I have finally reached that point where my frequency in attempting new pr's is inhibiting my progress. GOOD! Now it's time to move onto the next phase. I'm going to be splitting up my Overhead and Bench movements. I'm still hitting the push movements twice a week, but I'm going to be having two different workouts. The following is the A workout

Warm up: arc trainer 15 min

Bench Press


5 on last set
DC 4-4-4

Incline Dumbbell Press
80 x 2 x 5
75 x 1 x 5
70 x 2 x 5

Those metal dumbbells felt heavy as fuck. The 70s felt like 80's, so I did 4 reps of 80 and then 4 sets of 70 for 5

Arnold Press
40lbs each Hand
5x5
Last set till failure (10 reps)

Dips
35lbs
5x7

Skull Crushers
100lbs
5x9

Chest Flys
70lbs
3x9

Pull Ups
15lbs x 11

Front Squat
135

Arc Trainer for 15 min
