Had to throw an audible cuz I snapped my shit up bad. Real bad. My quads were toast and my lower back tried to play hero and suffered for it. Luckily I'm still walking, but I definitely strained it. 

Glute ham raises

Leg extensions, although this proved to me that my legs were toasted butter.
