The boulder shoulder and Wheels trainin session

This trainin session sucked. My ass, quads and hams were killing me after playing a hard game of basketball yesterday. Tired as fuck, but I don't make excuses and I don't get to train as often as I want, so I put up or shut up and I adjust.
