Take The Journey

It's the New Year, and it's very popular for people who do personal training to post advertisements, and since I do make a part of my living training people, I thought I'd throw my hat into the ring.

There are many people that will enter into this new year with the idea of taking action with their fitness and health, they'll want to lose a few pounds, put on a little bit of muscle, maybe tone up, get into this size dress, or wear that one pair of jeans that they love.

But how are you going to do it?

In the fitness community we dread the month of January because dozens of new years bandwagon people flood the gym. We don't dread it because we think we're better than you, it's because a large portion of people go to the gym without a plan and are too afraid to ask how to use some of the equipment or are wandering around not sure what to do.

This is where I come in...

I can be your guide, I can give you a plan, and a means to go about your journey in an efficient manner.

Not only am I a certified personal trainer, but I'm also a former fat guy. Not only have I lost over 100lbs, but I've gotten stronger and maintained my weight loss for over a year, getting leaner and more muscular along the way. I completely understand all of the struggles and pitfalls that come with a weight loss journey and it was only after failing dozens of times with dead end diet and training gimmicks that I finally figured out how to maintain a great physique year round with the demands of life.

These two programs are the most comprehensive and give you the most of my experience and knowledge. You get daily contact with me, weekly skype meetings, and a flexible program based on what you have available in regards to time and resources (gym, home equipment, etc.)

The large difference between these two program is that the 10 week transformation program is for those looking to lose 15-30lbs, have no serious physical disabilities, and are looking for a one time push. If you're wanting to get rid of some holiday weight acquired during the past couple of months and have some time to commit to a serious program, this is the one for you.
