Bruh i am glad to have found your blog. i am a pop singer trying to get swole AF. when doing your 5x5 kind of program, do you still do the vasalva maneuver on reps or do you "breathe through". when trying to get swole AF on these programs, i know you're supposed to use the vasalva but wondering if that needs to be avoided for singers? thanks bruh. see you on the misc.
